Without a model number, I can only give you general information. I assume your washer is a top load Oasis model. The F1 fault code on this washer indicates that the water level pressure transducer signal is out of range. This can be caused by the pressure transducer air hose tubing being pinched or crimped. A failed pressure transducer on the machine control board can also cause it. The first image below shows the method for accessing the pressure transducer tube that runs from the bottom of the washer tub to the machine control. I recommend checking this air hose for pinches, twists or crimps.
NOTE: Be sure to unplug the washer to disconnect electrical power before accessing internal components. If you find no problems with the pressure transducer tube, then the machine control board will need to be replaced. The procedure for accessing and replacing the machine control board is shown in the second image below. The part number for the machine control board is W10189966. You can order this part from the Sears PartsDirect website.

Without having the model number of your washer I will only be able to provide general information. Generally speaking, the 'F20' means no water is detected entering the tub or the pressure switch trip was not detected. There is a good possibility the reason why is because some or all the water is coming out the dispenser. The reason why it's coming out of the dispenser is most likely due to a small garment was shoved up into the tube that delivers the water into the tub. This can happen if the washer is overloaded or if the garment is too small. Small garments should be placed in a garment bag before washing. Remove the dispenser drawer and confirm there is no block there and then open the door and look at the rubber boot at about the 10 or 11 o'clock position and you should see where the water enters the tub.
You will likely find a small garment up inside the tube restricting the fill water from entering the tub and causing the F20.
